Two vehicles found Tuesday with damage that reportedly occurred overnight
Downingtown Police said they are investigating an incident of criminal mischief to vehicles. On Tuesday, April 15, two vehicles were found at 5 a.m. in the 400 block of Farmhouse Road with all the tires punctured, damage that occurred during the previous night, police said. The damage was estimated at $1,200, police said.
On Monday, April 14, Downingtown Police said they received a report that a vehicle parked in the lot near the Best Buy in the 800 block of East Lancaster Avenue in East Caln Township had been keyed sometime on April 11.
A complaint about loud music, voices, and partying led Downingtown officers to the 400 block of Garfield Avenue on Monday, April 14, just before 9:30 p.m., police said. Police said upon their arrival, the noise was ongoing, and Amanda Abdel-Kader, 29, of Downingtown, was cited for violating a Downingtown Borough Ordinance for restricted uses and activities (noise), police said.
