Two vehicles found Tuesday with damage that reportedly occurred overnight

DowningtownPD-1Downingtown Police said they are investigating an incident of criminal mischief to vehicles. On Tuesday, April 15, two vehicles were found at 5 a.m. in the 400 block of Farmhouse Road with all the tires punctured, damage that occurred during the previous night, police said. The damage was estimated at $1,200, police said.

On Monday, April 14, Downingtown Police said they received a report that a vehicle parked in the lot near the Best Buy in the 800 block of East Lancaster Avenue in East Caln Township had been keyed sometime on April 11.

A complaint about loud music, voices, and partying led Downingtown officers to the 400 block of Garfield Avenue on Monday, April 14, just before 9:30 p.m., police said. Police said upon their arrival, the noise was ongoing, and Amanda Abdel-Kader, 29, of Downingtown, was cited for violating a Downingtown Borough Ordinance for restricted uses and activities (noise), police said.
