PennDOT: U.S. 30 Bypass set for repairs

Shoulder work will be done on westbound side in Caln, Valley Townships

imgBOMOHomeThe Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced the following roadwork in the Coatesville and Downingtown areas this week – weather permitting – so that motorists can anticipate potential travel delays.

The westbound U.S. 30 Bypass in Caln and Valley Townships will be the site of shoulder repair work from Monday, April 14 through Thursday, April 17. Lane closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between Rt. 340 and Airport Road.

Bridge replacement will continue on U.S. 322 in East Caln and West Bradford Townships. Lane restrictions will be in effect between Old Trolley and Romig Roads from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Aug. 14.

Whitford Road in West Whiteland Township will be closed and detoured between Clover Mill and Burke Roads Mondays through Saturdays through June 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., for overhead bridge repair. A detour will be posted.
