Brandywine Health Foundation announces $300K in grants

BHFLogoCOATESVILLE — The Brandywine Health Foundation  announced grants totaling $300,000 this week, bringing the Foundation’s total giving since it began awarding grants in 2002 to more than $13 million.

“The Brandywine Health Foundation’s board of directors unanimously approved grants to 20 nonprofit organizations providing vital programs and services to families in the greater Coatesville area,” Frances M. Sheehan, President and CEO said. “We are delighted to partner with such valuable community agencies that are able to work towards effectively reducing some of the health care disparities that our neighbors here in Coatesville continue to encounter.”

The organization offered formal congratulations to the following non-profit agencies receiving fall 2014 safety net grants from the Brandywine Health Foundation:
