WEST CHESTER — Jane M. Shields, a partner at MacElree Harvey, Ltd., has received an AV® Preeminent Rating with Martindale-Hubbell®.
According to Martindale-Hubbell, this rating “is the highest rating possible, and is a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence. Shields represents individuals, businesses and developers in matters pertaining to real estate, business practices and contracts, as well as labor agreements. Shields is also a trained mediator. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators, and the Association for Conflict Resolution. She is a fellow in the Chester County Bar Foundation and the Academy of Advocacy. A graduate of Purdue University (1972), Ms. Shields received her law degree from Temple University School of Law (J.D. 1977).
