Unionville students host tournament to raise money for cancer victims

EAST MARLBOROUGH –  A high school club at Unionville High School hosted its first ever Spikeball Tournament raising over $1,100 to benefit those living with cancer

The sun was shining on these teens from the Unionville-Chadds Ford school district as they took to the turf Oct 2 for “Spike Cancer” a spikeball tournament hosted by Unionville High School students in the Connect Thru Cancer Club. Over 75 Unionville students participated in this fun, friendly and competitive outdoor event. All proceeds are being donated to Connect Thru Cancer (CTC).

Connect Thru Cancer of West Chester is a local non-profit organization dedicated to providing free cancer support services and resources to individuals and families throughout the Delaware Valley who are living with a cancer diagnosis. CTC supports men, women and children of all ages with any type of cancer.
