PennDOT: Patching set for Sadsbury, Caln, Uwchlan

Lane closures, restrictions likely on U.S. 30 Bypass, Little Conestoga Road

IMG_0948The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced the following area roadwork this week – weather permitting – so that motorists can anticipate potential travel delays.

The U.S. 30 Bypass in both directions is again scheduled for pothole patching in Sadsbury and Caln Townships between Airport Road and Rt. 340. Drivers should expect intermittent lane closures from Monday, March 10, through Friday, March 14.

Patching is also scheduled for Little Conestoga Road in Uwchlan Township. Lane restrictions will be in effect from Styer Road to Rt. 100 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, March 10, through Friday, March 14.

To report potholes and other roadway maintenance concerns on state roads, call 1-800-FIX ROAD.

Utility installation will require lane restrictions in West Caln Township on West Kings Highway between Reservoir Road and Edwards Drive. The work will be done from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, March 10, and Tuesday, March 11.

Whitford Road in West Whiteland Township will be closed and detoured between Clover Mill and Burke Roads Mondays through Saturdays from Monday, March 17, through June 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A detour will be posted.

Bridge replacement will continue to result in lane restrictions on U.S. 322 in East Caln and West Bradford Townships between Old Trolley and Romig Roads from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Aug. 14.
