Authorities are seeking information about how this pit bull/terrier mix may have been shot and wounded on or about Dec. 30, 2014. The animal survived the injury and is recovering in a foster home.

WEST CHESTER — Chester County Commissioner Terence Farrell was elected Chair of the Commissioners during Tuesday morning’s first Board of Commissioners Sunshine meeting of 2015.
