All eight individuals who died\u00a0were not wearing seat belts. Ninety-eight of the crashes were alcohol-related and\u00a0involved two fatalities.<\/p>\n<p>Troopers made 327 arrests for driving under the influence and issued 3,953\u00a0speeding citations during the holiday period.
