The kiosks provide:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Interactive wayfinding for complex buildings<\/li>\n<li>Court forms and document access<\/li>\n<li>Links to payment platforms to pay court fines and costs<\/li>\n<li>Hearing look-up by name or case<\/li>\n<li>FAQs and jurisdiction guidance<\/li>\n<li>Direct connection to 211 community resources<\/li>\n<li>Full bilingual functionality in English and Spanish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Closing the Justice Gap with Equity<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A cornerstone of the expansion is the installation of three dedicated self-help kiosks in the Chester County Justice Center Law Library, designed specifically for self-represented litigants. These kiosks provide:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Easy access to court forms and resources<\/li>\n<li>Clear jurisdiction and process guidance<\/li>\n<li>On-demand support without requiring staff assistance<\/li>\n<li>All kiosks operate fully in both English and Spanish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Demonstrated Impact<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usage data from March 2025 through April 2026 highlights strong adoption and engagement:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>3,217 user sessions across kiosk locations<\/li>\n<li>More than 11,000 total user interactions<\/li>\n<li>Consistent use of key features such as hearing look-up and navigation tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;The level of engagement we&#8217;re seeing speaks volumes,&#8221; continued Norwood-Foden. &#8220;It&#8217;s clear that court users are not only using these kiosks \u2014 they&#8217;re relying on them.
