Lincoln Highway in Coatesville.\u00a0\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Applicants will need a valid social security number, employer and income information for each household member, dates of birth for each household member and policy numbers for any current health insurance plan covering household members.\u00a0 Those who will not be able to purchase insurance this year through the Marketplace may be eligible for the state\u2019s Healthy PA Insurance . Enrollment for Healthy Pa. begins \u00a0December 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0and coverage will begin January 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a02015. \u00a0After January 1, the consumer\u2019s application date will become their effective coverage date.<\/p>\n<p>According to ChesPenn Director of Outreach Sheila Church, \u201cLast year 318,077 individuals were enrolled in Pennsylvania. Of the state\u2019s 67 counties, Delaware County was 5<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0with 19,771 and Chester County \u00a0was 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0with 13,159.
