Favored lunch offerings include the Boston BBQ pulled pork, crab cake sandwich with chili lime aioli and custom order burgers. The restaurant uses only the freshest ingredients to prepare menu items, made from scratch, resulting in delectable meals that rival some of the best meals served in many upscale restaurants.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The restaurant expansion is a partnership by The Classic Diner owners Kristina Flynn and Tom Farrell and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sovanabistro.com\/\">Sovana Bistro<\/a>\u00a0owners Linda and Nick Farrell. \u201cWe are a solid team with over 50 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry,\u201d comments Kristina Flynn. \u201cWe share the same passion of setting new standards for food quality and dining experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Located in downtown West Chester, The Classic Diner will serve breakfast and lunch from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., seven days a week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter nearly two decades in Malvern, we were looking to expand The Classic Diner footprint,\u201d comments owner Tom Farrell. \u201cWe found the perfect location in the borough, near where the four of us grew up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brothers Tom and Nick Farrell have been highly successful with independent restaurants The Classic Diner and Sovana Bistro, and recently partnered to launch their first joint venture\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rapidoughpizzapies.com\/index.php\">RapiDOUGH Pizza Pies<\/a>\u00a0which opened in Collegeville in May. The new restaurant combines fresh ingredients with rapid food preparation for a modern pizza parlor dining experience.
