Throughout 2018, the City of Coatesville will begin to see numerous changes to its landscape and on Thursday morning more than 50 attendees learned the details of what\u2019s forthcoming.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is our way of ensuring that the Coatesville community knows what to expect relating to upcoming development and infrastructure changes,\u201d stated Sonia Huntzinger, Coatesville\u2019s Economic Development Administrator, \u201cWe want to share all the great things that are happening in the City.\u201d<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Jill Whitcomb of the Brandywine Health Foundation discussed upcoming improvements to Palmer Park and explained how the Foundation has partnered with Natural Lands and neighborhood residents to design, plan, and prepare for the enhancements.<\/p>\n<p>Rachel Griffith of the Chester County Planning Commission outlined plans for extending the Chester Valley Trail west through Coatesville and on to the Lancaster County line.<\/p>\n<p>Regina Lewis of ChesPenn Health highlighted the Coatesville Growing Greater Neighborhood Revitalization initiative underwritten by the Wells Fargo Regional Foundation, and Coatesville City Manager Mike Trio presented details on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> Avenue\/Lincoln Highway intersection realignment and upgrades to City Hall.<\/p>\n<p>Coatesville Redevelopment Authority Vice Chairman Jack Burkholder gave a status update on the Coatesville Train Station development project and Jack Corcoran of DEPG Developers discussed the Gateway Retail and Office project slated for construction
