CCHS staff member and Director of Chester County Archives and Records Services Laurie Rofini will explore Preston\u2019s life as an abolitionist, a fierce advocate for women\u2019s rights and temperance, a published author, and one of the first American women to receive a medical degree.<\/p>\n<p>The program is free, and food and drink will be available for purchase. \u201cHistory on Tap\u201d is sponsored by\u00a0Susquehanna Bank and WCHE 1520AM, with a portable sound system courtesy of Colleen and Basel Frens, and in partnership with the 1893s (Chester County Historical Society Young Friends\u00a0Association.<\/p>\n<p>Doc Magrogan\u2019s Oyster House is located at 117 E.
