EAST GOSHEN — The season kicks off Saturday, June 17th as the Karen’s K9 Care Athletics take on The Blarney Stone Irish Pub in a morning double header starting at 8:00 AM at East Goshen Park. The afternoon double header slate features Rothman Institute versus Citadel Federal Credit Union-West Chester at 2:00 PM.

“BV MSBL was started because Chester County did not have their own weekend only Over 25 baseball league” said Founder and League President, Jason Harvey. “We have received a tremendous amount of interest from players and sponsors from around the area in such a short period of time.” “We are not here to compete with the Delco MSBL, WCABL or CABL but we wanted to provide another avenue for players to play,” said Harvey.

Players who are 25 years of age may sign up but cannot pitch. Players 28 and older are allowed to pitch in order to make it an even playing field.
